I once painted paper with watercolours and made it translucent with oil (without taking pictures), but I’d never have thought of making watercolour votives from.
They are high on my list now :)

Thumbtacks look mostly rather dull, so why not make yourself colourful thumbtacks with paint and nail polish? :)

I’ve been excited thinking of dying my acrylic yarn and tried it immediately on a finished knitted summer top.
Unfortunately I must have had the wrong acrylic paint because it washed out completely.
But after drying the summer top looked amazing: light coloured in the center and getting darker at neck and hem.
Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture.
Well, I will try it again and then I’ll try to think of taking pictures ;-)
Ehm, and then I can also try again colouring fabric with acrylic paint ;-)

I presented the crayon tinted fabric before, the technique for the crayon coloured t-shirt is a little different and it seems to me that you can get more vivid colours with it.

A lot of furniture is embellished with leaves pattern here and I find that the ferniture looks totally beautiful :)
