Magic Ball

I wrote about leftover needlework before, however I find the magic ball, a yarn skein from yarn rests knotted together, so great that I wanted to mention it again.

It doesn’t matter there whether you knit it or crochet it or both, it looks greatnearly every time. Some use it for freeform work, some crochet only half double crochets or knit in stockinette or garter stitch.
I think it would also look great if you used the magic ball for weaving.

Many people like the loose ends to be seen, in the instruction someone even suggested to add beads on the tails, which have to be long enogh for this (entry of mbriz).

Altered Mini Bottles

I presented the beaded bottle already for people who have mini bottles laying around at home and want to embellish them.

Create a Travel Journal

When I traveled I mostly wrote a kind of diary and afterwards I often made a photo album. I’ve never had the idea of creating a real travel journal.
Next time I really want to give it a try – in the same way that is shown here.
And if it won’t happen for any reason: you can certainly create a travel journal of a fictitious travel, too (best wishes to all those who think that I’m talking about them ;-))).

I presented already how I’m making paper beads, somebody shows here most beautiful other (also paper) beads, the ones on the picture are made from woodchip wallpaper.
