Knitted World Gas Commercial

YouTube Knitted World Gas Commercial

Did you already hear about the great video where they tried to visualize the warmth of gas with knitting?
Wonderful!
And I like the making of as well ;-)

While you’re at it, perhaps it’s time to see the knitted video again?! ;-)

Doesn’t this ‘A’ look great?
And where the ‘A’ comes from, you can find muuuch more :)

I don’t know yet what I will do with it apart from very personal Birthday cards, but I’m sure that I’ll come up with some idea ;-))

Toga Pattern Generator

Rabbit Originals Toga Pattern Generator

The day before yesterday I told you that I was looking for online pattern generators and then I found also the toga pattern generator.
What an idea! ;-))

In any case I thought that Carnival (Fasching) is really near now and possibly the newspaper dress doesn’t suit you, then such a toga could be an alternative?! ;-))

I’m busy programming another pattern generator, something similar to the maze pattern generator and the pattern generator (cellular automaton) and therefore I looked for online pattern generators.
So I found the online Amigurumi pattern generator.
Incredible!
I’m really not one for Amigurumis, but I find the generator amazing! ;-))

Literal Video Version

youtube Literal Video Version

Today is Christmas Eve where there’s not a lot of time for crafting, therefore I wanted to present something that I found most hilarious: the literal music video versions.
There they change the lyrics to describe what’s happening in the video.
I had a lot of fun with :)) although I’ve never been interested in music videos.
My personal highlight is Meat Loaf: Literal Video Version (Anything For Love) – so wonderfully crazy ;-)))
(To avoid misunderstandings: I really like Meat Loaf and Anything For Love!
And this video, too ;-)))

By the way I found the video via an article in Spiegel where they present more of these videos.

Knitted Video

cast-on Knitted Video

When I saw the knitted video for the first time, I was sitting there with my jaw dropped.
That didn’t look very beautiful (me, not the video! ;-)).
Anyhow: I’m toootally amazed about.
And I won’t never, ever try to knit such a thing by myself ;-))
(I know, I know, it is machine knitted.
Even so ;-))

Make Your Own Font

fontcapture Make Your Own Font

Sometimes it would be great, if you could enter your own hand writing by keyboard, e.g. when creating greeting cards.
You have the chance now: you print a form, enter the appropriate letters, scan the sheet and upload it at fontcapture.
Then you should get back your handwriting as font.
I didn’t let make it yet because my handwriting is so botched at the moment that I don’t want to get it ;-))

As a matter of principle you should be able to ‘put a lot on the keyboard’, even little sketches.
I really have to try it on occasion!
