Yarn Scraps Bowl

Do you remember the previously presented yarn bowls: the Christmas-y yarn bowl, the string bowl and the yarn bowl?
They are all made in a similar way as the yarn scraps bowl – but they are not as colourful ;-)

And here are some things you can make with your yarn scraps if you prefer the unicoloured bowls: the colourful scrap yarn serving tray, the yarn scrap heart and the wineglass tea light holder :)

Magic Knot

I have tried the magic knot and find it brilliant: you can cut the threads extremely short and it doesn’t open :)
That’s why it is perfect for the making of a magic ball.
But it only works if you make the knot the right way!

Skein Holder

When I saw the picture I thought: ‘Wristwarmers for skeins?’ ;-)
No, it is a skein holder to prevent the skein from unraveling and rolling around when you knit it from the center.
By the way, I have presented before how to wind a center pull yarn ball :)
