I once painted paper with watercolours and made it translucent with oil (without taking pictures), but I’d never have thought of making watercolour votives from.
They are high on my list now :)

I’ve been excited thinking of dying my acrylic yarn and tried it immediately on a finished knitted summer top.
Unfortunately I must have had the wrong acrylic paint because it washed out completely.
But after drying the summer top looked amazing: light coloured in the center and getting darker at neck and hem.
Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture.
Well, I will try it again and then I’ll try to think of taking pictures ;-)
Ehm, and then I can also try again colouring fabric with acrylic paint ;-)
