This time it’s no tutorial for the necktie flower brooches, but I really liked them and want to see if I can make one.
It cant’ be soo hard ;-)

Because I don’t like to buy stuff I was glad about the tutorial on how to make your own sticker glue.
I’d like to try it on self designed labels for my teas.

It gets dark sooner now and I like to light a candle again.
The tutorial for a wire candlestick suits me just fine ;-)
But I’m a little afraid that the candlestick may not hold the candle securely.
I have to try it once.

craftster organizes challenges on a regular basis, one of them was the Craft Challenge #30 – Cozies WITH Irony.
Personally I liked the Ice Cube Cozies best, but make sure to check also the others, like An Irony Filled Tea Cozy or the Brrr… Antenna hat!.
But I don’t think that I will put any of those cozies on my that’s-what-I-really-have-to-do-list ;-))

I found a very inspiring tutorial on how to make backgound stamps tutorial on how to make backgound stamps.
I say inspiring, because she shows photos of her beautiful backgrounds.
At my Artist-Book I could have done with the stamps, instead I stamped every single diamond.
But it was great, too ;-)

I always wanted to make moulds from plaster but I never quite knew how to. At craftster I found now a tutorial on how to make positive plaster moulds.
I’d like to begin casting the stone, so that I eventually have something to wrap, paint or bead.
Or I try it first with half a cork, I think that could be a nice pendant.

Via browsing art for housewives I found the tutorial on how to make a t-shirt with a twist. You sew it from a plain t-shirt and it doesn’t seem to be difficult.
After I lost a little weight I will give it a try ;-)

Sometimes I don’t want to simply string the beads but create some ‘ears’ on both sides like at the bead on the photo.
How to do this shows the bead wrapping technique tutorial where she does those ‘ears’.
Something else for my ever growing just-try-it-sometimes-list ;-)

I presented an entry about leaves skeletons already. There you had to use particular leaves and I don’t know if they grow nearby.
Now I found another tutorial on how to make skeleton leaves where the only condition is the use of thick leaves.
I find this easier ;-)
At my next walk in the woods I think I will take a little bag with me ;-))

If you need a boa quickly (with accessories!) the tutorial on how to make a 10 minute boa will be helpful.
Although I never needed a boa quickly up until now ;-))
Originally it is crocheted, but I am sure that you can finger crochet (see Links below) or make a fingerloop braid.
