Watercolour Cards

Glamour and Grace Watercolour Cards

These watercolour cards are first written on with a ‘blender pencil’ and then painted with water colours.
When I was a kid we used to write first with a candle or as in the cute quote with a white crayon and painted this with water colours.
Whatever you use, you can make this way most beautiful and very personal cards :)

Colour Blends in Striped Socks

Joeys House Blending Colours in Striped Socks

If you use different coloured skeins for socks the change from one colour to the other can look very abrupt also when using colour changing yarns.
She presents here softer colour blends in striped socks by slowly knitting more rounds of the old and less rounds of the new colour.

If necessary you can also use the previously presented jogless stripes knitting :)

Tie Dye Patterns

Recently I presented tie-dying with a marker, now I found a graphic showing how to make different tie dye patterns.

Nail Polish Splattered Button Ring

instructables pinkchocolatebreak Nail Polish Splattered Button Ring

I think that this is a great idea: splatter a big button with nail polish und put on a ring and in no time you have a nail polish splattered button ring! :)
Surely you can also make a matching necklace and earrings and pin and bracelet and and and ;-)
