I was delighted to find a page with knitting stitches galore!
Wow! I simply can’t decide which I find best ;-)
The pattern on the photo is named Gentle Curves and I found it by clicking on Knitting Stitch Index in the top menu list, then on Sort Patterns by Stitch Category and looking there for lace.

What a potholder!
It looks as if it wasn’t very hard to make it, but it looks definitely different from others ;-))
I can imagine it as a piece of jewelry or pin as well when crocheted with very fine thread.

It must be a lot of fun.
* What is an inchie? An Inchie is a 1″ square of art. They are made from paper or fabric and then embellished in innumerable ways (see links below).

I find the idea to simply knit a part of the vest across in place of lengthwise great!
Besides it seems to be quite easy to knit – what else could you wish for?

Doesn’t this cuff look most beautiful?
I like best that there are as well empty as well ‘well filled’ spaces and that there are many little beads but this big eye-catcher as well.
She also describes how you can make it yourself – great, isn’t it?
