As long as fresh flowers still are rather expensive you can make your ambiance easily cheerful with paint coated beans in jars ;-))
If you don’t like beans very much, you can better fill the jars with coloured salt.
Bon appétit ;-))

I’ve often seen Pysanky Easter eggs in internet and always found them great. But to tell the truth I find it much to time-consuming to make wax batik on eggs.
That’s why I was thrilled when finding the tutorial on how to make faux Pysanky Easter eggs which are simply painted with felt-tip pens and which I find as beautiful as the real eggs ;-)

Because I nearly forgot Valentine’s Day I prefer to start a little sooner with Easter crafts.
And you may possibly practice a little before ;-)
I find that the onion skin dyed Easter eggs look wonderful and it doesn’t seem too hard to make them :)

Well, that’s the simplest way to make a cake stand I’ve ever seen ;-))
In the text below the picture they suggest using spray paint. That surely will look great, but I don’t think that it is food safe, so I’d suggest to never put the cake directly onto the cake stand.

Don’t these stamped roses look great?
The red leafy salad seems to be a red radicchio treviso, but I’m sure that a Chinese cabbage would work as well.

Now is the time for oranges anyway, then you can make from the orange peels a fragrant orange flower bouquet :)
But there’s more that you can make from orange peels.
Sounds like a very healthy time ;-))

Another great idea: strawberry ice cream in the shape of little hearts for special occasions.
Okay, raspberry ice would work, too, but I don’t like raspberries! ;-))
