I find these colour block candles most beautiful!
However I assume that the different coloured waxes run together while the candle is burning.

I once painted paper with watercolours and made it translucent with oil (without taking pictures), but I’d never have thought of making watercolour votives from.
They are high on my list now :)

Cute, aren’t they? Simply cast wax in cookie cutters and make little floating candles. It just seems natural to cast fish candles ;-)

These tealight holders are made with Balsa wood, but some rather solid cardboard, embellished with beautiful papers should also work.
