Do you need a gift wrap in a short time, which should be individual nevertheless?
The instruction shows how to do it.
I like the wrappings very much ;-)

This sun mirror is extraordinary, as I find!
I have to chose an appropriate book on the spot ;-)
Although the pages from the travel brochure from the paper shopping bag should look great, too!?
On the next occasion I’ll have to try it ;-)

Somebody had the great idea to use coffee cups as fancy packaging for little somethings.
Nice, isn’t it?
If you have more coffee cups than people to present with something simply try the coffee cup sphere lamp ;-)

Did you always wanted to make a handbag from a soft toy?
I found a tutorial for this now :)
And if you feel this is too silly try to make a giant inflatable plastic animal from your soft toy ;-))

In fact it is more a self-made holder to load small devices, but I find the idea great however.
My shampoo bottle is anyway nearly empty…
;-))
Note: It seems that this construction is not secure because it says in the entry that the original entry was removed due to security concerns.
I really like the colourful safety pins bracelet!
I find it more interesting with the safety pins than the paper bead bracelet where the paper beads are hold together from elastic alone.
Making paper beads really is simple, especially if you use a (self-made) paper beads roller.
You can even give the paper beads a slightly different form if you like to or make the beads from fabric.
However, it’ll be an interesting and beautiful item ;-)
A propos: If the style of the bracelet seems familiar look here ;-)

I have here already a lot of tutorials and inspirations for items from plastic bottles and from recycled paper, but I think that this is the first combining both ;-)
Anyway, I found an inspiration where they make baskets from recycled paper and plastic stripes.
They are made similarly to the basket coiling but with different materials.
I find some of these baskets most beautiful!
If that’s not your cup of tea check here whether you find other baskets that you like ;-)

Do you still have some cardboard tubes?
What about some simple yet really beautiful napkin holders?
The flower that looks like a rose (Satin Flower) is made in the same technique than the textile roses here, by the way.
Apart from that you can of course use different yarns instead of cord, perhaps even funky yarns?!
Possibly it was fun to use coloured yarns and little plastic toys or Lego pieces as decoration.
And it would look beautiful to make the napkin holders more in the way of the string decorated ornaments, you need less cord then ;-)
But you must paint more ;-))
And then you can always come back to my knitted/crocheted napkin rings ;-), they can be made on a cardboard tube, too, of course.

Do the cords lie around everywhere? Simply cram them into a toilet paper cardboard roll on the wall ;-)))
I find this idea simply amazing!
And as creative as we are we surely can embellish the tube ;-))
By the way, I have more things that can be done with cardboard tubes ;-))

Can you imagine that this lamp is made from recycled coffee cups?
Funky, isn’t it?
