Perfect Weight

craftster Perfect Scale

I told already that want to lose weight before I will crochet the bolero but I don’t find it easy.
How much better must it be if the scales tell me that my weight is ‘perfect’?
;-)

She made the scales with glass mosaic tiles but I think that it should be possible with selfmade mosaic tiles from polymer clay or glass paints or from plaster, resp. Or of course with a paper collage, best as paper crazy quilt. Or with eggshells.
;-))

Paper Roll Jewelry

CraftyPod Paper Roll Jewelry

Such a great idea again: simply begin just as for the coiled paper basket but stop quite soon and make from the rolls little pieces of jewelry.

I really have to try it with the folded paper strips of equal width!

Little Boxes for Precious Presents

unikatissima Little Boxes for Precious Presents

I presented some boxes already, the one of today is folded from old greeting cards.
On the photo you can see it folded from a calendar or magazin sheet as a gift wrapping for my hyperbolic pin.
I find both (gift and box) still great! :)

Pop Tabs

craftster Pop Tab Dress

I presented a pop tab bracelet already, now I’ve found more things made from pop tabs: a top for the evening, another pop tab bracelet and a purse made from interwoven pop tabs and a tote made from crochet joined pop tabs.

I’m speechless ;-)

Corrugated Leaves

textilefusion Corrugated Leaves

Well, fall is coming.
The leaves look still beautiful outside, but soon they will be gone and then you can fall back on your own – if you like even evergreen – leaves.
There’s something to be said for that ;-))

By the way I imagine them also nice as pin.
Made e.g. with some stash yarn matching your purse.

Crayon Candles

craftster recycled crayon candles

Now that’s getting sooner dark candles become more interesting again – as I find.

I found a tutorial for crayon candles that I think is absolutely great, because it’s ‘only’ making use of leftovers, but I find the results stunning.
But I still need my crayons ;-)

Beaded Wooden Spools

Aunt Mollys Bead Street Beaded Wooden Spools

When I saw the little beaded wooden spools I directly wanted to go for making them myself!
Luckily I didn’t have any wooden spools at home at the moment ;-))

But you can easily ‘weave’ the little Peyote beads from my paper beads bracelet (without any wooden spools ;-)) around the wooden spools.
