What a great idea: if you need ice packs for lunch boxes, picnics and the like, you can use directly frozen food, e.g. frozen pudding :)

Ok, ok, actually these are no pancakes but Japanese pancakes (usuyaki tamago), which are apparently not sweet.
But why shouldn’t it possible to do the same with sweet pancakes? ;-)
