I presented before the decorated cake roll, but such a cake decoration works of course also with a whole cake :)

I presented the coloured sand jars before. The idea of a cake mix in a jar picks this up and develops it further by simply layering the ingredients for muffins or the like and giving it away as a gift.
The instruction lists also three recipes with matching labels to print out (all in German).
A great idea!
All is in German, but you can surely find recipes that you would gift and if you like the layout of the labels, she links to the used font (scroll down to ‘Verwendete Schriftarten für die Etiketten:’).

Hmmm, the lava cake looks soo yummy!
But because it’s made mainly from chocolate, butter and sugar I decided with a heavy heart that I won’t make it.
Sigh.

I really love these typography cookies. And in the same way you can surely also make ‘2014 cookies’ ;-)
You can make something similar also with self-made alphabet cookie cutters.

Well, that’s a nice idea for a Christmas breakfast, isn’t it? Simply bake pancakes in a Christmas mould.
Those in the tutorial seem to be made especially for this purpose, but actually also metal cookie cutters should work, shouldn’t they?
Merry Christmas! :)
