Fabric Flowers

I find these fabric flowers very cute – they’re made in a similar way to the fabric/paper place mat :)

Embroidered Bead

Also a very nice idea: simply embroider a piece of stramin and roll to a bead, and you get an embroidered bead :)

Hm, considering this you can also embroider a bigger piece of stramin as a ring or a bracelet and make matching jewelry.

Felt and Zipper Jewelry

etsy Woolly Fabulous Felt and Zipper Jewelry

I don’t present the felt and zipper jewelry as tutorial, but as suggestion what you can do with little material :)
You can do similar things also as e.g. embroidered paper or as simple doodle for greeting cards, as jewelry or decoration.

Lace from Lier

Lierse Kant Lace from Lier

I’ve been in Flanders, that is famous for its lace making (among other things ;-)) and I watched how they’re making lace from Lier.
Actually they ‘only’ crochet yarn with a very fine crochet hook in chains on tulle.
But I’ve been impressed by the patience you need to make such an immensely fine work!
